Eligibility to apply NEXUS card

1. Applicant must be aged 18 or above
2. Citizen or permanent resident of Canada / US / Mexico and must be resided there at least 3 years before the application date.
3. Must pass background security checks conducted by Canada and the U.S.
4. Should meet further NEXUS requirements if applicable
