When it comes to Customer Service with large institutions, there is usually what you expect (good service), and then what you get (something somewhat less). My experience with Sharan Johal this past Thursday was the opposite because what I got was more than I would usually expect.
My RBC Online Banking account appeared to have been hacked… most likely my own fault for giving out my information to a scam site. Ms. Johal went above and beyond to not only fix the immediate problem, but to find options and make suggestions to ensure that my account would be safe in future.
But that was not the end of it because I also somehow managed to fail to note the password I chose to use once I had had my laptop ‘cleaned’ and the account was made secure again, so I had to go in on last Saturday. This time it was Bhumi Prajapatis who, remembering me from two days before (but still checking my identification), quickly and efficiently set me up so that I could go home and fully access my accounts.
Friendly and efficient service that made me feel like a VIP Client. Bravo and thanks to the two of them.
